We are a TS16949 and ISO140001 accredited company located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. We specialise in supplying solutions for any size of project and can also support tooling resource activities from the UK and overseas.
Presswork
Manual Transfer / Robotic Transfer and Progressive presses from 80 to 800Ton, coil feed capability up to 6mm thickness and 1,000mm width in Steel/Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Sheet Metal
CNC turret and press brake capability for low to medium volume manufacture to include assembly. Material up to 3mm thickness and 2,500mm in length.
Welding
Manual and Robotic MIG Welding, Manual and Robotic Projection Welding, Manual and Robotic Spot Welding
Assembly
Press part or sheet metal fabrication assembly to include any bought out parts, to include sub contract Plating/Power Coating or EPD coating to customer standard requirements.
Tool Room
Tool maintenance to include TPM and servicing tools for production, full CAD/Catia capability and laser Scanning capability for spare dies and punches, additional resources avaialble in UK and also China
