Employee Awards
Broadways runs an Employee Award Scheme whereby every three months, all Directors and Managers vote for employees.
The nominee is nominated on the grounds of performance, help and assistance, reliability, honesty and a cheerful disposition and in the opinion of the person nominating him/her, believes they deserve this award.
