Defined quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are tracked and reviewed to identify key areas for improvement.

Continuous improvement in all aspects of performance is driven through the regular review of performance; this is achieved through the assembly of small multi-disciplined groups to encourage communication and teamwork throughout the business.
