Broadways Stamping offer a 27,000sqft assembly factory area, which has the capacity to assemble a wide range of products. From body in white door and bonnet units, window regulator mechanisms and bonnet catches for the automotive industry, to large toolboxes for the construction industry and much more.

Our assembly lines offer a variety of processes, such as spin riveting along with manual fitting operations. Broadways Stampings employs the use Poke Yoke systems and checking fixtures online to ensure repeatable, dimensionally accurate assemblies are delivered to our customers.

Broadways Stampings offers the complete facility to provide finished components and assemblies in house. From pressing the raw parts, through any required MAG, TIG, projection or spot welding, powder coating and final assembly operations, delivering a finished assembly without the requirement of multiple suppliers. This reduces routing complications, transport costs and overall part cost.
