Sheet Metal

Our Sheet Metal Department can offer a solution for small, medium and large volume components when hard tooling is not available. Parts can be produced from 0.7mm to 6mm sheet thickness, for a wide range of materials including aluminium, zintec, stainless and mild steel. The production process starts at one of our CNC Amada turret press machines (Vipros Queen and Aries) and our CNC brake presses (Amadas, Mebusas and Promecams). In addition there are a wide variety of hand tools and finishing equipment available.

All sheet metal components are manufactured by our experienced and skilled sheet metal team.
